I/We hereby give to the Preston Economic Development Authority (EDA) for the National Trout Learning Center (NTLC) absolute and unconditional ownership of all materials described below and/or on the attached pages, and any future additions I/we may make to this donation, with all copyright and associated rights and interests which I/we have.  To the best of my/our belief and knowledge, the item(s) conveyed by this gift is/are free and clear of all encumbrances and restrictions.

 

I/We also hereby recognize and accept that the Preston EDA, acting on behalf of the NTLC, may exercise broad discretion to dispose of any such donated item(s) deemed inappropriate for the NTLC’s mission and goals unless the donor defines alternative instructions for disposition of unwanted items.  If item(s) is/are disposed of by sale, any proceeds from a gift’s sale will return to the EDA for the benefit of the NTLC’s collections.
